The Apprentice's Lottie Lion cuts a VERY glamorous figure in a black sequin minidress as she enjoys a night out in London

She admitted to setting a 'bad example' for editing her Instagram snaps earlier on in the day.

But Lottie Lion, 19, appeared to have left the drama behind her as she enjoyed a night out in Mayfair, London on Friday night.

The Apprentice star cut a glamorous figure in a sequin black minidress while letting her furry black jacket sexily drape off her shoulders.

Lottie's dress perfectly flattered her slender figure and fell a thigh-skimming length.

She added to her stunning look by accessorising with a silver choker necklace as well as small silver hoop earrings.

Lottie sported a sensational glossy blowdry while her features were coated with a dewy slick of make-up.

Boosting her height in a pair of strappy black heels, Lottie looked like she was having the time of her life as she strutted along in style.

Her sighting comes after Lottie confessed that she does alter her images, and apologised to her young fans for setting a 'bad example'.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, The Apprentice candidate, 19, revealed that she alters her images in order to boost her confidence after being targeted by cruel trolls.

Alongside an example of some messages from trolls about her appearance, Lottie penned: 'I am so sorry if anyone thinks that what I am doing is a "bad example for young women" but I will continue to edit my pictures for as long as I am on this platform and I have insecurities.

'I love being able to share my day-to-day life with all of you, but in doing so to edit my pictures to help me with my confidence. I have never intended to hurt or upset anyone in doing so.'

Lottie came under scrutiny from fans this week after she and co-star Dean Ahmad posted the same image on Instagram, but the librarian's had some subtle differences.

In the image, Lottie sits in a figure-hugging red dress, next to Dean, 20, wearing a fur around her neck and a silken scarf.

Sporting a full pout, Lottie smiles sultrily into the camera as she leans next to Dean.

But Dean posted the same snap over on his own Instagram account, and fans have noticed differences - in that Lottie's waist appears smaller and her lips fuller.

The scarf appears to unnaturally waver in the snap, where her waist is a little more nipped in. The back of the chair in the background is also a different shape - curved in the original and straight in the other.

The cut-out of Lottie's dress, by her shoulder, is also noticeably different from picture-to-picture.

Fans flocked to the comments section on both Lottie and Dean's pages, to point out the alleged alterations.

'This same image has been posted by Lottie also, except she has doctored it to give herself bigger lips and and smaller waist,' someone commented on Dean's page.

'You edited your waist to look thinner... why why why!!!!!' someone else demanded to know.

Another typed: 'Whys her waist slimmer on here but not on Dean’s account? She clearly edited it!'

'Lmao Lottie blocked me because she posted the same pic and hers had photoshopped lips and waist - haha bless her soul!' someone else penned.

'You can clearly tell in Dean's pic the scarf is straight whereas in her pic its bent,' observed another.

MailOnline has approached The Apprentice reps for comment.

Earlier this month, Lottie's friends raised fears about the show’s impact on her wellbeing after she was accused of racism.

The reality star denied the accusations of bullying, homophobia and racism, but was further criticized for allegedly telling fellow contestant Lubna Farhan to ‘Shut up Gandhi’ and saying ‘I’ll f*** you up’ to her in a WhatsApp group conversation.

Lottie said that Lubna had misquoted Gandhi and made a cruel comment about a friend who had died.

The BBC said of the spat: ‘Her comments were wholly unacceptable.’

However, her mother has told friends of her fears for her daughter’s state of mind in the six weeks she spent in the candidates’ house during filming.

Her concerns come in the wake of a debate about reality TV shows’ duty of care following tragedies linked to The Jeremy Kyle Show and Love Island.

Miss Lion’s mother, Stephanie Blackmore, a former diplomat, told one confidante: ‘It was awful. Charlotte was on the phone in floods of tears on several occasions.

‘I was very worried about the effect of the attacks on her by other candidates. Since the show has aired it is a constant barrage of vile comment on social media. It is very debilitating for her.

‘From the outset Stephanie tried to persuade Lottie not to enter the process. She feared it wouldn’t be a positive experience, and sadly those fears are being more than realised. It used to be a programme about finding great business minds.

'Now it is about conflict and cruelty. It was obvious they would love Lottie’s forthrightness and quickly they realised they had struck TV gold.

‘She is a bright, beautiful girl but rather than focus on those qualities they seem far keener to edit things to highlight her controversial side. She has become a hate figure.’

The Apprentice continues at 9PM on BBC One on Wednesday.
