WrestleMania 34 pre-show matches announced

WrestleMania 34, which takes place this Sun., April 8, 2018, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, is a stacked card. With a two hour pre-show leading into a five hour main pay-per-view (PPV) card, and 14 matches booked, there were some hard decisions to make regarding which of the 14 would find their way on the Kickoff portion.

This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw gave us the answer.

Indeed, Michael Cole announced the following matches will take place during the two hour pre-show, the second hour of which will air live on USA Network:

  • Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
  • WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal
  • Cedric Alexander vs. Mustafa Ali (Cruiserweight championship)

And here are the 11 matches that will make the PPV:

  • Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns (Universal championship)
  • AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE championship)
  • Ronda Rousey & Kurt Angle vs. Stephanie McMahon & Triple H
  • Daniel Bryan & Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn
  • John Cena vs. Undertaker
  • Charlotte vs. Asuka (SmackDown women’s championship)
  • Alexa Bliss vs. Nia Jax (Raw women’s championship)
  • Randy Orton vs. Rusev vs. Bobby Roode vs. Jinder Mahal (U.S. championship)
  • The Miz vs. Finn Balor vs. Seth Rollins (Intercontinental championship)
  • The Usos vs. The New Day vs. The Bludgeon Brothers (SmackDown tag team championship)
  • Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Braun Strowman & Mystery partner (Raw tag team championship)
