Wolves cruised past struggling West Ham United on Saturday evening to take full advantage of other results in the race for Champions League football.
Goals in the second half from Raul Jimenez and Pedro Neto sealed the victory in the closing stages of the game, as Wolves resumed their campaign with three points.
With Spurs, Manchester United, Arsenal and Sheffield United all dropping points in their own fixtures, Wolves made good headway at the London Stadium.
The Irons, on the other hand, are in dire straits currently - left unimpressed by their own side’s display, they praised Wolves for the professional job done and the ambition the club is showing.

The Exile: It’s not all about us being poor. Wolves didn’t create a huge amount going forward until Traore came on, but defensively they were absolutely superb.
Wansteadman : As for Traore, no surprise what he does, It was like Lomu against us in the rugby. If you double up on him and have someone drop a bit to put a tackle in when he pushes it past the first man you stop delivery. Both players stood off him. Pathetic
JFK : Wolves knew after 15 minutes they would pick up all 3 points, we were never any threat to them.

Capitol Man: Wolves are a better side than us. Brought on some quality off the bench and won the game. We don’t have that option.
General Choi: What has me worried, though, is that Wolves rarely got out of 2nd gear to beat us.
, : Wolves held the whip hand throughout the game with us never managing to impose ourselves. The gap in class was noticeable too. We got precisely what we deserved
Rob Hodges: Good team beats an utterly average one. Wolves are just miles ahead of us. Sadly right now I think we’ll probably find that another 17 other PL teams might be better than us too.
Tom Clarke: Anyone thinking we were going to beat Wolves are delusional. They have a much better team and manager
Garron : Listen I can take losing to Wolves, they’re a very good side. But can’t take players not showing any effort looking like they can be bothered I’ve now come to the terms with the fact we will go down.
Ben Sullivan: Fair play to Wolves. Ambitious, great attacking flair, progressive manager. No complaints on them winning. We on the other hand, shambles, flakey, bang off form.
