Aston Villa blew away Arsenal in their own back yard in what was a performance to remember on Remembrance Sunday.
Bukayo Sako steered into his own net to give Dean Smith's side the lead after 25 minutes while, just 45 seconds into the encounter, John McGinn had a goal of his own ruled out by VAR following a harsh offside call.
That didn't matter, though, with Villa turning on the style in the second half with Ollie Watkins bagging a well-taken brace via assists thanks to Ross Barkley and Jack Grealish.
Villa are now up to sixth in the Premier League - a game in hand off top spot - after winning their fifth game from seven this season.

Emi Martinez - 7.5
Most Read
Such a calming influence at the back, telling his defenders in front of him what to do. Martinez told McGinn to calm down after the midfielder complained about Mings' somewhat hospital pass. Stuck out a strong hand to palm away Saka's drive into the six-yard box and did everything right, from kicks upfield to short passes out from the back. The press bench could hear Martinez's every word in the second half despite him being the furthest player away. Did what he needed to do.
Matty Cash - 8
Done alright on what's another step up in class for him up against Aubameyang. Tripped the Arsenal skipper to allow the Gunners to whip in a delivery and was subsequently told off by Grealish got giving Arsenal an unnecessary knee-up. Cash dished out a rollicking of his own to Trezeguet after Tierney was allowed to cross unattended from Villa's right side. Cash headed everything that was asked and kept concentrated knowing Aubameyang always looked for the ball in over the top given the predator's pace. Solid in the tackle, as always.
Ezri Konsa - 9
Put in an excellently-timed block to deny Tierney's goal-bound drive after reading what the defender was going to do beforehand. Oozed coolness which was evident when he received the ball in a tight area amidst red shirts - only to pop a pass off to Douglas Luiz in front of him to kick-start a Villa attack. A classy operator with him and Mings looking like their old, resolute selves again after shipping seven in two games prior to this one. Sniff's out danger for fun.
Tyrone Mings - 9
Back to his best, it has to be said. Headed away everything that was chucked at him and marshaled Lacazette well other than a slip of concentration before the half with the Frenchman heading over unmarked. McGinn had a moan at Mings after the Scot's pass he received off the England man was undercooked. Got shrugged off the ball too easily by Nketiah with a little over 20 to go which allowed Pepe to flash an effort on goal.

Matt Targett - 9
I thought he was excellent, first when his clipped delivery found McGinn via Grealish and, again, it was his inch-perfect ball that was bundled home which gave Saka no chance but to register an own-goal. Showed his left-footed wand throughout this and always looked for the gap between right-side centre-back Holding and wing-back Bellerin. Was arguably caught out for Lacazette's golden chance after the striker peeled off Mings at the back post. Brilliant from 'Tiggs' though who's often an unsung hero.
Douglas Luiz - 8
Did OK, nothing spectacular and a bit of a mixed bag in the opening 45 minutes. The Brazilian pick-pocketed the likes of Partey on occasion but was too weak in middle of the park duels too. Was moaned at by Smith for not looking after the ball as Arsenal applied pressure late on in the first half. After the interval he looked much more livelier and he found Barkley at the back post with an exquisite pass from deep with the loan ace teeing up Watkins to put the game out of reach. Improved drastically as the game went on.
John McGinn - 8.5
Thumped home what he and everyone else - Arsenal included - thought was the opener after just 45 seconds. McGinn's goal was chalked off for a harsh VAR offside call. Moments later the Scottish midfielder almost allowed Aubameyang an easy tap-in after an under-hit back pass but Martinez came to his rescue. Looked back to his blood-and-thunder best in the middle of the park, evident when he put Elneney on his backside to initiate a Villa counter-attack. Villa's warrior in the middle of the park and, as mentioned, looks back to his best now. This performance - like with the rest of his teammates - will give him huge confidence going into the Brighton, West Ham and Newcastle fixtures.
Trezeguet - 8.5
Worked tirelessly and nicked crucial balls to stop Arsenal attacks. Thought he'd netted the opener after he ghosted in at the back post but the goal was given to Bukayo Saka who tried to stop the Egyptian tapping home his second in as many games against Arsenal. Got an ear-bashing off Matty Cash for allowing Tierney to cross for Lacazette's gilt-edged chance from six-yards out. Pinched it well off Saka following the restart after Watkins' goal too which led to Grealish's chance.
Ross Barkley - 9
Don't think Barkley had a kick within the opening 20 minutes but he soon came to life with a moment of sheer genius when his cute reverse pass found Matt Targett. The pre-assist completely bamboozled Arsenal's entire back line after great work with Grealish in the build up. Played high as a No.10 again and made sure he was behind the ball to make up Villa's black wall when defending. The architect for Watkins' first as well after latching onto Douglas Luiz's ball and found Villa's striker at the first time of asking with a crisp volleyed pass into the six-yard box with his weaker foot.
Jack Grealish - 9.5*
Toyed with Arsenal throughout it has to be said. Looks right at home on big stages like this, a ground he's said is his favourite other than Villa Park. Combined with Matt Targett first off before finding McGinn for the goal that was cancelled out. Showcased his class again, though, for Villa's opener. The skipper played with Barkley, the pair waited patiently for a way in and went for the kill to find Targett who's ball was converted home. Went agonisingly close after checking back before unleashing an effort which was saved by Leno. With 15 left Grealish came into his own with a powerful run from deep. He glided past Bellerin and slipped in Watkins for his sixth Premier League strike. Magic again from Villa's magic man. Too good. Just too bloody good. It was a clinic out there, a Jack Grealish clinic.
Ollie Watkins - 9
Fed off scraps in truth but was Villa's go-to man to get them up the pitch. Saw countless efforts blocked by Arsenal's three-man defence but kept his focus and stretched the Gunners with his pace in behind. Was neat when he needed to be with the ball as well. Dropped back in on Arsenal set pieces as well and made sure he cleared his lines. Did well to pick out Barkley after a fine run in the second half before truly springing into life with a two-goal haul against his boyhood club. The first was via Ross Barkley's volleyed cross as he headed home from inside the six-yard box while, for the second, he had ice running through his veins to slide home Grealish's pass underneath the advancing Leno. That's six goals from seven Premier League games now. Not bad going, eh!?
