Concern for missing Scone man's welfare
Police say they are concerned for the welfare of a 65-year-old man missing from his home in Scone.
Peter Edwards was last seen leaving a number 7 bus on Perth's Glasgow Road at 07:43 on Tuesday.
The bus stopped outside the Lovat Hotel and Mr Edwards walked towards Perth city centre.
Police are carrying out door-to-door inquiries to trace Mr Edwards, who is 5ft 9in tall, balding, with a grey beard and sideburns.
He was last seen wearing gold-rimmed glasses, a long-sleeved grey shirt, black tank top jumper, tie, grey trousers and black leather shoes.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "There is concern for Peter's welfare and officers would like to hear from anyone who has seen him or has any information on his whereabouts."
