Jonathan is a credit to the Widnes Vodafone, stellar! Easy to communicate with, listens and most importantly happily helps and tries his best to assist with what you need. Brompton store the best!!

Mariyam and Hassan are always kind and willing to help with any queries. The only store at Brompton Road that always complete any queries quick and officiently. I came to ask a question for the roaming and Miryam kindly checked my account and offer me a better plan very convenient for my daily use.
Lots of issues with the store at Fulham Broadway, never willing to help.

Vodafone Newark

Visited the Newark store today, both Dennis and Matthew were extremely helpful in sorting out mine and my partner’s contracts, very quick and easy!

We’re both very happy with the service we received, cannot fault them, thank you!

Zara was a superb sales assistant

Zara was a superb sales assistant. She explained everything fully and did not try to sell me the most expensive phone.
I am an old aged pensioner and managed to understand all that was said. Zara was patient and very knowledgeable.

Thank you for your help Will!

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Vodafone in Northwich and especially Will who got be back online.

Unfortunately I lost my phone accidentally leaving it on the top of my car and it was smashed into smithereens on the Friday just before the bank holiday.

Will went out of his way to help me and swiftly got a replacement sim sorted on the Friday just before closing. I returned on the Saturday morning to arrange a new handset. I was quite flustered and had two of my small children with me, Will was extremely patient with me and chatting to the kids so I could process going above and beyond to resolve my issues.

I have my new phone in hand writing this review, based on a deal which is was fair, met my needs and wasn't too painful. I felt supported and would highly recommend Will and the team!

Broadband offers reasonable speed for…

Broadband offers reasonable speed for the price. However, the equipment constantly fails to connect. The app is the jankiest piece of software I've ever used. It's almost impossible to get through to support. And the suggested steps to troubleshoot and resolve are a circular path designed to induce insanity. Still better than Virgin.

Craig at the Vodafone store is great guy

Craig at the Vodafone store in crystal peaks Sheffield is great, amazing helpful guy. Friendly guy which go's out of his way to explain everything for the small information to the big information. Then help me with the best deal to get on my new contract from S23 ultra to the new models of S24.

In the end I went for S23 ultra which is amazing phone. Craig also recommended best phone case to protect my phone.

One great guy. Great customer service and great experience all round

Brad was great

I had a very helpful advisor named Brad who helped me restlessly for about an hour as there was an issue with collecting my phone due to some checks. Would highly recommend him if you need assistance in store. 10/10

Vodafone - not for me

I sent my galaxy fold 4 to Vodafone for repair. The phone was freezing and wouldn't start.
There was the smallest crack in the top corner, which I didn't see before sending off. Vodafone used used this as an excuse not to fix my phone unless I paid £600 ! I was so disappointed at such bad service for an expensive contract.

I contacted Samsung who collected fixed and returned my phone free of charge ! Thank God for Samsung, who delivered a quality service.
Needless to say, I will be leaving Vodafone as soon as my contract ends. There have been lots of signal problems and poor / no internet for days on end also.

When we complete a warranty repair on a phone, we have to return it to you in an un-damaged condition as this is a condition of the warranty. If the secondary damage isn't covered by your warranty, there would be a charge for this. I'm sorry this wasn't explained when you returned the phone to us. Messaged boxy about my sim 3 times this…

Messaged boxy about my sim 3 times this week and had no help at all from them, have come into Vodafone at Albans store and Amz has sorted me out with a new sim and working phone in 10 minutes :) amazing service would use again!

Web chat customer services is hopeless

Web chat customer services is hopeless. If you fancy losing a minimum one hour of your life then crack on. Only then may you get your query resolved, but not in my case agents are unable to transfer to the correct agent and no one seems to know much about anything you ask them. I would definitely not recommend Vodafone.

Helpful and friendly staff

Josh was very helpful and friendly. He discussed varied options that were better for my use. I came away knowing exactly what I was getting and how much I was paying. I would recommend and that's why I like going into the shop in Barrow

Absolutely incredible service

Will was absolutely incredible, after having a nightmare with O2 Will was able to set me up with a new contract quick and easy in store. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.
