…Redrow Experience

I just want to say Pam at Bishop Meadow Redrow site in Oldham has been absolutely amazing. She has helped me at every turn and i can’t praise her enough. Pam has made my experience so worthwhile and i can’t wait to move into my new Redrow home

Stone Hill Meadow

Stone Hill Meadow, Lower Stondon. Jackie has been so very helpful in all aspects, together with Suzie in helping us to reserve our house. We look forward to working with them to completion...we believe we're in good hands.

Cowboy Builders

Kingsbourne Nantwich.
They take forever to build a property and they don't care about existing residents safety. They leave the development untidy and they dig holes and put barriers around them and then leave them for weeks or months on end without doing anything more. They have dug two holes in the pavement either side of a bad bend and even though there are the odd worker on site they ignore any barriers that have been blown over by the wind that are blocking the pavement and the road. The gardens they build have little or no drainage and according to Facebook their residents get no further help from them to sort it out. A street light which has been up for a few years is still not working leaving a bad dark patch in the street. There are road humps which you can hardly see because the original paint has disappeared with no sign of the developers repainting them. A really poor developer I'm afraid

Poor customer service after sale…

Poor customer service after sale through 2 year warranty period. Issues can go on for months whilst they avoid giving any actual answer to queries/concerns. Issues are pushed by site team to the online customer service portal to raise there, where it takes a long time to respond and there is nobody to speak to just back and forth email. They often close the query/concern/issue without really reading or understanding it.
The house was bought on Leestone park though this is largely irrelevant since the greatest problems lie with the online customer service for Redrow as a whole.

Arden Fields Bulkington - Sales Consultant Saj Uddin

Saj Uddin at Arden Fields, Bulkington has been excellent from the start of my initial enquiry regarding purchasing a brand new house which is something I have never done before. He was helpful in advising me the entire process and reassured me where reassurance was needed. Whilst there is no show home for the houses I had short listed in Bulkington, Saj was very helpful in arranging for me to visit the two other fairly local sites where the show homes that I had short listed were available to look at. Both Tamworth and Rugby were very welcoming and mirrored the professionalism Saj had demonstrated during the process. Saj has credibility which gave me peace of mind that I was in very good hands. Saj has been very patient during my decisions and has been extremely helpful with any questions I have raised. Saj was very flexible with me to ensure I could secure my dream home. A huge thank you to Saj and his colleagues for all their help. I am super excited about moving into my new home thank you all so very much :-)

Our sales advisor Carol at Redrow - Oakwood Fields

Our sales advisor Carol at Redrow - Oakwood Fields, Lowton couldn’t been more helpful. She is a lovely person in general but very knowledgeable and interested on providing us with the best experience possible. We have reserved a house on the estate and looking forward to our completion date. Thanks a million again, we couldn’t have done it without you! Nothing was too much trouble for her and also very accommodating with our two little ones!!

A fantastic house buying experience

A fantastic house buying experience. Supported by a great team from sales, home preview, site management and some amazing contractors. Loving the first week in our new home. There have been a few problems with some fixtures and fittings and some plumbing snags, but none urgent and all but a few fixed within a couple of hours of raising them. So far, the tradesmen on site have exceeded expectations massively.

Fantastic - 5 stars

From my first visit to view the Redrow homes (Houlton, Rugby) to the day I moved in to my beautiful new home I have been so impressed with Redrow. Chris (Sales) has been so brilliant, professional, friendly and has kept in touch with me every step of the way through my buying process. Kirsty (Customer service) has also been amazing at supporting my Redrow journey, sorting out any snagging issues before I moved in and then being on hand with close communication once I have moved in.
The quality of the home is fantastic and even the little touches like the bow on the door and the hamper made the experience of moving in even more special.
I would like to thank Chris and Kirsty for all their help and would highly recommend Redrow to anyone looking to buy a new home.

We went to look at the show homes at…

We went to look at the show homes at Nicker Hill, we saw the houses on line and the design really appealed to us as we have a 1930s house and redrow houses are similar we loved the arts and crafts style. We are not certain whether to move or not but testing the water. The standard of finish is very impressive and the quality excellent.
Michelle in the sales office could not have been more helpful and we thank her for her being so good at listening and helping us with all our queries she is a real credit to your company.

A huge thank you

Phil Cook (engineer) who fixes stuff in our new home on behalf of Redrow (South East) from time to time during this 2- year warranty period has been such a great help. We are most impressed with his conscientiousness, excellent knowledge and craftsmanship which contributes fantastically to the quality of Redrow’s after-sale service. A huge thank you to Phil.

Foxbridge Manor Castle Donnigton

We have just purchase a Leamington Lifestyle property at the Foxbridge Manor Development in Castle Donington.

All I can say the service has been A** from all the Redrow Staff with no complaints but only praise for the customer service we received.

Grace in the Sales Office has been really helpful and supportive throughout.

Andre in Customer Services was very professional and helpful. Sorting out any issues. Those that we had have been minor and what you would expect on a new build.

Gabbi the Deputy Site Manager, always has a smile on her face, very pleasant and helpful. If you need anything sorted give me a call. What more can you ask for.

Fab experience from start to finish…

Fab experience from start to finish with Redrow. We’ve been in our home about a month now and we’re loving it. We cant fault Redrow. From our initial contact with Sam Hudson who answered endless questions from me. Jessica who pushed through our completion and Katie Rowles who was fantastic with our aftercare and has sorted any niggles/snagging we had. A lovely buying experience!

Recently we had our home preview at Plas Ty Draw with Claire and Ellie and it was wonderful.

Both were so knowledgeable about the property and managing our expectations of our first few weeks there. It wasn’t all property chat though, both were just really lovely ladies.

For my health I needed a couple of accommodations for the visit and nothing was too much. It can be quite embarrassing asking for accommodations but I didn’t need to worry - this goes for every time I’ve visited the sales office too. Steve is great! And I’d extend that to Mitch too.

Naturally we’ve visited the site a lot and have taken our young daughter. All the site staff have stopped and waved, even slowed down the machinery they were driving incase it was too loud!! There’s just such a lovely atmosphere.

Looking forward to moving in and knowing that we will be really taken care of as we already have been.
