Very cost effective for 3 parcels from…

Very cost effective for 3 parcels from Italy to UK. Collection and delivery were smooth. There was just a hiccup with labels that were not generated at the time of booking. These were emailed to me the next day which could have been tricky as I was not due to be in the office. The customer service online / via emails was very good, quick and effective.

Very pleased

Very pleased, my customer has received the item without complaint. The only concern initially was that the item was delivered to the main depot before being relabeled and then sent for final international delivery. So a touch of confusion initially but after making contact with Parcel Hero I was informed of the circumstances and was reassured that the item was on its way and in transit. The item arrived safe and sound. Top marks. Thank you

Too expensive

My goods arrived safe and on time, but it was too expensive. i thought the shippers will weigh and use dimensions to give a more accurate cost and refund the excess.

Package arrived on time

Package arrived on time. Lost a star as unable to amend booking, had to cancel costing a fee then rebook paying a second time. Original booking fee will be refunded which is inconvenient.

The process was straightforward. And I just got word that the package arrived and contents in good shape so I am nicely impressed. Nice to have a good comparison of the range of prices for different companies.

Exceptional service and price.

Exceptional service and price.
I thought that the price and timescale of next day delivery for a very awkward, long parcel going between South Wales and Scotland was ambitious and expected a delay of some sort. But it was incredible - collected from my home Thursday afternoon, delivered to Edinbugh the following morning, without any fuss. Well done ParcelHero and UPS

i went on a few websites to get a…

i went on a few websites to get a quote..what a waste of my life..this one was so simple i didn't actually believe i had booked it in ! great page and did exactly what it said. parcel went 2 days ago, delivered yesterday...can't ask for more

Avoid

Dealing with Peter Edwards. Who is a liar and is trying to get out of paying for damaged good.

Very unprofessional and unreliable service.

Sent a parcel to Manchester from London which was thrown about during transit.

Couldn't have packed it more tightly.

They are a fraudulent company and will avoid paying at all costs.

They are trying to say the items weren't packed properly. Caused so much damage and they haven't even a number to call.

The gut Peter Edwards chats a lot of crap. Delays the process and will ensure I have these people looked into.

That the parcel arrived in the agreed time frame and that the courier had adopted the new EDI process so no need to print customs forms and stick to the parcel. All electronic now

Did what it said on the tin

Did what it said on the tin - two large parcels booked and delivered.
Slight confusion at the beginning as tracking had delivery postcode as the collection location, which resulted in some uncertainty as to whether collection would be made.
Queried this in a message, received an answer late in the day, which did not address the question asked. However by then parcels had been collected.
So, service worked, but no phone number to call if there is an issue, and messaging or emailing too slow.

PLEASE AVOID PARCELHERO AT ALL COSTS

Please do not take a chance on using this company if you want an item to arrive at it's destination safely. I am £150.00 out of pocket, even though I paid extra for increased insurance. It had clearly been mishandled or dropped during transit due to the amount of damage to the item. ParcelHero rejected my claim and also an appeal on the grounds that the packaging was insufficient. I always ensure adequate packaging and have proof but they still quickly rejected my claim. They even subscribe to 'Buy with Confidence' Scheme. I have advised Trading Standards, who say they are investigating.

Problem with fedex drop point

ParcelHero did well enough but there was a huge issue with finding a place that accepts FedEx parcels. None of the places ParcelHero recommended would accept the parcel. I tried 8! Eventually I had to drive nearly an hour to a fedex office. It would have been quicker to take the thing there myself.
