this alone is 4 stars what makes them 5 is that i had an issue placing a third order and it was resolved on a saturday evening by a human via email within the hour and for me its not about the issue its the manner that it was resolved and all of that makes them 5 stars for me, cheers guys!

Never had a problem with M&M. Would have been a 5star, but I do not think that not being able to contact you, other than online puts alot of customers off,especially those in their 70s like myself of whom do not have access to a computer. I do feel that, like the rest of the UK once you are a certain age, people seem to become disinterested, correct me if I am wrong.

The Golf Shoes were available from a number of discount outlets but MandM were £20 cheaper. Ordered 2 sizes and a return voucher for the pair that didn’t fit so well. Quick delivery, quick notification of return and refund. What is there not to like?

Placed an order last Friday which was confirmed to be delivered today but unfortunately the courier was Evri. They advised my item would be sent back with no explanation.
Have spoken with Mandmdirect who advised they will resend the item's but have been waiting all day for a dispatch confirmation.
Hoping they don't use Evri again and another sent back item as I'll have to request a full refund sooner rather than later.

The shoes were excellent and together with the trousers were delivered really quickly. I discovered however that the trousers had an elasticated waste with no loops for a belt. Also they came without provision for flies. Hence 4 stars not 5.

Great service and great quality of goods only thing I find is sometimes the sizes are not suitable for THE larger man even when they're labelled as XL or double XL can you please put if its slim fit or regular fitting items apart from that I love shopping on your site

Sent me the wrong items, demanded I return the wrong items delivered at my own expense and held my refund ransom until they had received wrong goods back. Customer Support were awful throughout the whole process. Will never ever shop here again. Complete shambles of an operation.
