Over the top happy with both the product and their customer service
I have been a customer of BrainSmart for 3 years and never had a delivery problem. This however changed this year with UPS several time mishandling my order. The customer service rep Suzanne Costello went above and beyond to make sure i receive my order which UPS kept loosing. She was helpful, kind and extraordinarily patient She even offered to comp the cost of the lost product though i felt it should have been UPS that should have paid for it since they were the one who lost it. In a world that does most of the customer serice via inpersonal AI chats, the personal and caring apporach of BrainSmart is commandable. I highly reccomend both the company and their product.
