Grady Diangana posts Instagram message after West Ham exit, Declan Rice responds

Grady Diangana completed a permanent move from West Ham to West Brom on Friday night and he received a wave of message in response to his farewell Instagram post.

The 22-year-old attacker came through the youth system with the Hammers and was expected to become another academy prospect to make it into the first-team on a regular basis at the London Stadium.

He spent the 2019/20 campaign out on loan with West Brom, who he helped earn promotion from the Championship with his eight goals and seven assists across all competitions.

The English left-winger has seen his game come on massively in the past 12 months and it was confirmed yesterday that he’s completed a move to join West Brom permanently, which has not gone down well with many on the West Ham side of the fence.

Diangana did play 21 times at senior level for the Hammers, but will now get a real opportunity to prove himself in the Premier League with his new side.

The tricky wide player made a big impression during his time at the Hawthorns and they are overwhelmed to get him back again.

He posted a goodbye message on social media Friday evening, which received kind responses from current West Ham midfielders Declan Rice and Jack Wilshere.
