Two Missing For Start Of Season

Rotherham United’s season starts in just over a month and already there are injury worries among the side.

Curtis Tilt pulled a hamstring while he was away on international duty with Jamaica and looks like not only missing the start of the season but could well be out until October. The twenty-nine year old defender joined the Millers from Blackpool playing just one game due to what the club called a ‘minor injury’. He then had an operation on a hip problem and spent the whole of last season on loan with Wigan Athletic.

Also missing the start of the season will be defender Angus MacDonald. Angus joined from Hull last summer making forty appearances.

So, I really think it’s important that we go into the transfer market as soon as possible for defensive cover.
