Authorities said a missing 11-year-old Essex boy has been found safe.Cody Jones, of the 1000 block of Bayner Road, was last seen by friends around 8 p.m. Wednesday at basketball practice at Deep Creek Middle School, police said.No one knows where he went after that, but he never returned home, police said. He was found safe Thursday morning, police said.
