Very good customer service/support

Good prizes, normal shipping times from the UK to the EU (Germany) und an awesome customer support.
First item was delivered to a wrong address (this was my fault) and was returned and refunded immediately.
The second order was deliverd on point !

Will shop again at ProBikeKit !

Bad Surprise!

Finally I got what they promise,after another reclamation, and a couple of e-mails , i got a refund.
Thinks like this should not happen.
Hope the shop will look to make the process for buyers easy and reliable

There is a Gratis shipment from 50 € but the shipment company charge 60 euros for import by a 300 gram package( apart of the 5 euros normal VAT)

Long issue with order - but apologized and finally someone is doing something about it

Original Review: "Nope, never again. Waiting for 2 Months now on my shoes. Cancellation wasn't accepted. Contacted various times. Still haven't got my products. No explanation from the shop whatsoever."

Update: After complaining via TrustPilot (so after my third try to cancel the order failed) I received an E-Mail that the situation is now escalated and will be reviewed by the internal warehousteam. My order is finally cancelled and I received a voucher as apology.

Still not sure what was/is going on, but happy to see that finally someone gave me at least some information and the they are about to do something about the situation.

So for that apologies I am giving 2 additional stars. Since good communication and a resolution is a good start.

Easy, cheap, could improve on delivery info.

Easy procedure, good prices. But I would like to have a pdf with the receipt of purchase. Additionally I would like to get notification of my order being sent, preferably with a tracking number.

Item was not on stock despite the…

Item was not on stock despite the homepage said it was.

Not before my third enquiry (when my order would be dispatched), they told me that the item actually was not on stock, they re-ordered it at the producer and they could not tell about the lead time. Lost one week to get an urgently needed part.

Bought cyclingshirts but received no clear orderstatus. So I had to look if the order had well been placed. That was the case.

Nice

Easy ordering, nice homepage, the michelin wild enduro front is sick! Prime product! Only thing, delivery was a bit long but still okay.

All good, bit I do not understand why it takes up to 5 days to start shipping. Competition is way faster.

Stages Powermeter R7000

The powermetercrank I've ordered came after 3 weeks and it was definitely used... The battery pulltab on the crank was missing and it has some slight marks. There was no comment on the taxes I had to pay when I've finally picked up the package so after all the price wasn't even better than ordering local... I wouldn't recommend ordering here and it was definitely the last time for me.

Initially trandportation is mentioned one day. When it comes to pay it says 5-7 days, but within one day is 16€ extra

On February 11 I ordered a SHIMANO…

On February 11 I ordered a SHIMANO DEORE XT M8100 REAR DERAILLEUR - 12 SPEED - SGS - FOR SINGLE and SHIMANO PD-T8000 XT MTB SPD TREKKING PEDALS. On your homepage you promised you have the two products on stock and that they'll be delivered within one day: "Auf Lager - Normalerweise innerhalb eines Tages versandt"
This is why I choose you, even as you've been more expensive than other shops.
Unfortunately I received the parts yesterday, 8 days after my order. I would have spent about € 40,-- when i Had choosen another shop that indicated, the delivery will last about 6 days.
I hope, that you will retransfer the € 40,-- to my credit card . This would be a great sign.

Stary away!!!

Very good website for naive people. Totally mistake and realy fake shop. I payed fast by KLARNA but delivery by DHL never realised. Answer the shop:
"Package not deliverd...money return in 10 days"
Very weak and dangerous place on Internet.

The last message about the ordered item…

The last message about the ordered item (Cateye front light white, purchased 02nd Feb) was from 13th February where I was told that company was not able to send the item right in time. Company excused delay of delivery due to lot of work to employees and some other ridiculous reasons. Everything would be done to send the item as fast as possible.

Neither any further message received until now about estimated delivery date or else nor the ordered item itself.
Customer service not available by any mail address or any other contact information (mails were returned by mailserver due to overcrowded mailbox at Probikekit).

You STOLE my money or are you just f...... kidding me?

I would not even give you the 1 star if possible ...

Don’t ever buy here ❌

Don’t ever buy here.

The product took about a month to be delivered and in the meantime no one working at Probikekit was responsive or helpful. I’ve texted with multiple support agents (in order to do that you have to make an account on their website, there is no mail, phone or other way to contact the company). None of the agents even took time to read through the inquiries from my end and I had to eventually reject the parcel altogether.

An experience I wish you won’t have to make yourself. Buy somewhere else, you don’t want to deal with this company.

Waiting since mid December for a refund...

Ordered a Powermeter Crank (Avio Powersense)

First it took 1 1/2 Months to ship.August to October (IN STOCK ACCORDING TO WEBSITE)

Then it broke after ~ 200 km

Got a return label to send it back.

The Crank has been in their warehouse since 19.12.2021

It is now the 31.01.2022

According to Customer Service the Package hasn't even been opened yet.

Issue has been resolved by Matt. Thank you ! :)
