Ellen Werry came up against Barry Veale, Graeme Carr drew Kevin Liston and Angela Hodgetts played Brad Smith.
The two sides were neck and neck till lunch with Bolac going in the the break with just a four shot lead.
Kevin Liston's rink was well on top with a 14 shot lead for Bolac off set by a good lead by Angela Hodgetts for Stawell by 10 shots.
Lake Bolac kept their overall lead intact right through to the last few ends, Angela Hodgetts and Brad Smith's rink was the first two finish with Stawell enjoying a 10 shot victory.
Graeme Carr turned around a loosing margin at lunch to get a three shot win at the end of play.
It all came down to the last rink were Barry Veale from Bolac was well up on Ellen Werry with just one end to play.
A 13 shot lead to Barry had the match all tied up at 68 all overall so whoever won the last end got the premiership.
Bolac held four shots with one bowl to come from the Stawell skipper and it looked like the cup was heading south but with a precision drive, Ellen managed to hit the kitty kill the end and another end was required.
Bill Byron rolled one of his best bowls out for the day right next to the kitty and as each of the opponents bowls rolled past it was Stawell with a one shot win.
