After their final club training session on Thursday, our 6 athletes will make their way to nationals, where they will have a combined training session with all the other athletes in the Hawke's Bay/Poverty Bay Team on late Tuesday afternoon. It's not only trampolinists, but also the other gym codes; WAG, MAG, RG, AER ready to represent HBPB.

The last time our region came top in this event was at our inaugural event in Christchurch that saw all the gymsports combine for the first time in 2006. I remember it well because it was such a surprise, and I also had to receive the trophy for the top region. Let's hope we can do it again this year. It will be a busy schedule for our Ricochet members with most of them competing in 4 disciplines; Individual TRA, SYN, DMT, and TUM.
