IT was a tough day on the pitch for Penybanc RFC in the WRU Admiral Men’s League Division 5 West Central.

The Tigers lost 31-0 to Seven Sisters who cemented their place at the top of the league with a game in hand over second place Taibach RFC. The result left Penybanc at eighth place, five points behind Pontyates RFC in seventh, who they also have a game in hand over.
