The Project Has Not Received A Penny Of Public Or Lottery Money. 'this Is Not About Teaching The Works Of Dickens. This Is About Showing The World He Lived In The People And Places Who Gave Him His Inspiration ' Says Kevin Christie The Chief Executive. The Project Has Been Funded By Private Backers From The Outset The Management Has Been Scrupulous About Authenticity. Mr Christie Brought In Senior Figures From The Dickens Fellowship The International Trust Which Runs The Charles Dickens Museum In London.
