EXETER – TEAM will host an indoor-outdoor Arts Jam on Saturday, Aug. 24 on the river side of Water Street, a.k.a. "Artist Alley," along the Squamscott River in downtown Exeter.

Foundation Art Space, which serves as the headquarters for the Arts Industry Alliance and TEAM, will be showcasing the final day of the interactive "Morph: An Exhibition of Urban Impositions" exhibit from artist Dana Nastee of AS3M Art & Apparel.

The exhibit explores the dynamic relationship between street art and the surrounding world, a completion of something previously deemed completed. This exhibition features the afflicted lost works of Beth Wittenberg, Lee Gee, Bruce Jones, Common Roots Studio, and more. The artist encourages you to bring your smartphones for a unique and interactive experience, allowing you to scan QR codes as you browse the gallery to view the morphed work in its original form as intended by the artist.

There will also be live music featured on the intimate stage inside of the gallery throughout the afternoon and evening featuring KIOEA at 4 p.m., Jake Mehrmann at 5:30 p.m., Bitter Pill at 6:30 p.m. and Alberta & The Dead Eyes at 8 p.m.

Drummers will be playing the custom TEAM kit built and designed by Jeff Beck of Exeter Drum Works. Guests will also be able to check out and play the kit in between featured bands.

There will be vegetarian and meat grillables available from Roosty LaRue, and local beer and wine available in the gallery with a suggested donation.

There will also be guest artists and a pop-up art show located at the vacant 121R Water Street Space, directly across the hall from the Magenta Suite gallery.

Admission is $10 for the entire afternoon and evening of live music to help support the bands. Tickets can be ordered ahead of time at TeamExeter.org.

The Foundation Art Space is located at 111R Water St., Exeter. For more information, call 603-512-8396, visit TeamExeter.org or find them on Facebook.
