Conon/Maryburgh Bowling Club is ready to roll – and keen for others to try the sport as new season looms

A COME and try invite has been issued by Conon/Maryburgh Outdoor Bowling Club on the eve of a new season.

It said: "Why not give bowls a try?

"Our outdoor season begins on Saturday, April 23. We are delighted to say that we have reduced the membership fee for new members to £25. This is great value for money where you get to enjoy a superb sport at a very welcoming and friendly club (best club in the north!) You're very welcome to come along and have a game on the green. Speak to Stephen (07570804193) and he can give you all the guidance and encouragement needed."
