I’ve been looking at these fish for a long time, never seen one myself or met someone who has them. Does anyone on here keep them, or know of somewhere that has them? How do they behave? How do they fare in captivity?

I don’t have this particular Eviota Goby but I do have a similar species in my Waterbox 20 Cube. Eviota Nigriventris.
They are super awesome little gobies, and much better colored in person than most of the pictures I’ve seen online. I have a group of four in my tank, they were pretty shy at first but now are out and about all the time. They perch in, on top of, around, and under my corals....and occasionally even hitch a ride on one of the snails. They have been very easy to feed and keep. At times they hang out together but other times they are on their own on their favorite perch spots. They also hover at times.
Super cool bright colored little fish, that’s not super demanding....
I’ve attached some photos of them.
Hope this helps.

That’s awesome, thanks!!!! Nice pictures, that’s so cute that they ride the snails. Where did you get them from? Will they eat pellets or frozen?

They eat tdo pellets size b2, ocean nutrition roe, lrs reef frenzy, fauna Marin ocean plankton, pe mysis and pretty much any food I’ve tried. They aren’t super picky they are just shy feeders in the beginning and other than the group of three I bought coming in from the wholesaler pretty skinny they didn’t miss a beat and fattened up quickly within a couple of weeks in my system.
