Situation: Reputable lawn bowls club located in Blackburn comprising of 3 greens, including an indoor bowls green over the winter. Open six days a week, facilities are open to the public for social events and hiring.
Brief: Over the years the club has asked us to fulfil heating and cooling installations throughout their facilities and to perform regular maintenance and/or repairs to existing units and new installations.
Uniqueness: An increasingly large membership list has pushed the club to grow its facilities. With more people attending and socialising in the club rooms, offices, bar area and gathering spots, maintaining a steady and comfortable temperature is necessary. With the club also highlighting their availability for hire, the club prides itself on having heating and cooling in these areas.
Solution: Overall we have provided five split system air conditioning to the club and have a regular ongoing servicing agreement with exclusive VIP rates. We arrange a site meeting with the manager in charge and discuss their needs. The offices and communal spaces, which are used to rent out, are all covered for heating and cooling. Ongoing maintenance is then performed when requested.

Outcome: Deadlines and budgets met, fully compliant installation, zero safety issues, ongoing service agreement and satisfied, return customers.
