Overview

This is a 9.2 mile walk that starts from the Green in Woodchurch, which passes the Rare Breeds Centre, before heading towards Legg Farm & Kenardington, to eventually arrive at Warehorne. Then once through the church yard we drop down to walk alongside the Royal Military Canal.

On arrival at Higham Farm, we then Leave the Canal, to ascend gently for our picnic lunch stop at Kenardington Church. After our break we follow the footpath to Sly Corner, where we take the Bridleway briefly to then enter Great Heron Woods, and through more woodland areas, before returning to Woodchurch.

The Six Bells pub in the village is useful for a drink post walk
