Farnham Town Youth Football Club won the Waverley Cup the second year running, topping the table of 12 teams.

Farnham’s under-six Cobras, under-ten Reds, under-14 Reds and under-18 Knights all came out top in their respective age groups.

The Waverley Cup is hosted across multiple club venues, with clubs competing for the overall Waverley Cup title.

The cup is open to youth teams in Waverley from the under-six age group all the way up to under-18s.

There were more than 400 games played in the cup and nearly 800 goals.

Farnham sealed the title in one of the final games of the tournament for the under-ten Reds team.

Farnham won four gold medals, with six silvers and five bronzes. Milford Pumas were a close second with three golds, five silvers and six bronzes.

Farncombe Youth were third with three golds, three silvers and four bronzes.

Badshot Lea won three golds and one silver, Beacon Hill won one gold and two silvers, Haslemere Town won one gold and one bronze, Chiddingfold won one gold, and Elstead Sharks won one silver.
