All the heat races will start outside the facility and go until one driver has finished. In the event of any further damage to the track from weather, safety, or drivers racing on the track (no matter where the debris lies), the heat race will move back to the track's backstretch. Each heat race will include a starting lane restart. Heat racing will continue until one driver has finished (no matter how many times they have been in the race) The starting grid for the race will consist by overall points: 1st 3200 2nd 2300 3rd/4th 2200 5th — Elimination 2200 5th — Tie 3000 6th — Elimination 2100 6th — Tie 1400 7th — Elimination 1700 7th — Tie 2000 8th — Elimination 1750 8th — Tie 1200 9th/9th — Elimination 1100 Each heat race will include a post race party with a car show by HARD TACK RADIO and food truck food available by BLT Truck. The race will be broadcast live on CTV and will provide live scoring for all heats (all heats are scored using a points system which includes “fastest lap time” and “fastest overall lap time”) This will be a “Rally cross” Series. There will be a rally cross event on Saturday on the same weekend as the WELCOME TO ALL COMPETITORS and in conjunction. Also in November on the same weekend will be an “Echo Cross Country” event where the first 5000 drivers will start the race off wearing the WELCOME TO ALL COMPETITORS championship insignia and a red t-shirt with the WELCOME TO ALL COMPETITORS logo. All Championship and Rally cross races are open to the public that have earned a valid license, (with some exceptions). Open racing on public race days is allowed through the season, except for weekends that are a school holiday or for which school is NOT a legal working day.
