Are you in search of an Easter quest?
The Easter bunny has hidden the wrong eggs at Sherwood Forest and we now have Dragon Eggs! Will you go on our quest to help send them back?
As you walk round the Major Oak Trail look out for each dragon egg and decide which egg belongs to which dragon. Complete the activity at each one to incubate it!
If you’re feeling like an extra challenge, see if you can figure out the secret dragon’s code!
When you have incubated all the dragons’ eggs, come back to the Visitor Centre for your well-deserved treat.
Trail sheets are £3.50 each from the Visitors Centre and are available between 11 am and 3 pm. No need to book. Just come along and embark on your quest!

Spring into action this Easter, with an exciting trail through the gardens at Belton. There are ten different activities to enjoy, including locating the animal footprints and working out who they belong to, and taking on the rabbit racecourse. The price of the trail is £3 per child and includes a trail map, pencil and a chocolate egg at the end. There is an allergen free alternative available.
Booking is not required for the trail. Booking in advance for visits to Belton during the Easter holidays is required.

There's a choice of two trails to pick from:
- If you're feeling adventurous, head out on the trail around the parkland and Calke Explore.
- For those with little legs, take the shorter route around the Pleasure Grounds and Stableyards.

JUNIOR ICE HOCKEY CLINIC On Monday 3 April and Friday 14th April, our ice hockey clinic will give players of all abilities the chance to get on the ice and improve their ice hockey skills whilst having fun!

Easter workshop
When: Saturday 1st April, 2-4pm.
Where: Our Lady of Victories Church Hall, Southwell.
This year we are making delicious crème egg and mini egg cupcakes before making and decorating an Easter basket. We have an egg hunt with prizes for everyone before finishing the session with a take home Easter cookie kit which includes a seasonal cookie cutter.
£25. This is suitable for children aged 2-12. For children ages 5 and over you are welcome to leave them with the Cook Stars team and enjoy two hours relaxing or strolling around Southwell.

Join our free Easter workshops in a Pets at Home store near you. Meet some of our small animals and learn about how to care for them.
Our much loved My Pet Pals workshops will be running in a Pets at Home store near you from 1st April until 16th April.
You can learn how to make your very own foraging box which is perfect for small animals such has hamsters and guinea pigs. Kids will receive an activity sheet and a certificate as well as meeting our amazing animals…all for FREE!
