Barnstaple Chiefs were back on the victory march on Saturday, earning a bonus point win with an efficient display to overpower Lydney 29-10 at Pottington Road. Mitch Turner produced a man of the match display in the Barum pack.
The news was not so positive for Bideford Chiefs, who lost 15-34 against Plymstock Albion Oaks but there was one huge highlight, as James Starkey scored a try on his long awaited return from injury.
Reece Eury delivered a fantastic all-action display in helping South Molton to a powerful 43-17 victory over Honiton, while Torrington were beaten 37-24 by Cullompton 2nds.
