Worksop Hockey Club, which has been part of the community for 115 years, is looking for new players, coaches, umpires, and volunteers to help it improve and expand.

The volunteer-led hockey club said it is focused on encouraging sport enjoyment and progression at every level, developing all players at every standard.

It said it caters for all levels of players, including beginners who want to get involved with something new, players who want to get back into the sport, and county standard players and above.

A spokesperson said: “We also have a great social and inclusive culture within the club, with regular social activities after our season fixtures.

“We are currently looking for new players, coaches, umpires and volunteers to help our club improve and expand.
