Goodmayes Park is an Edwardian Park that was designed and opened in 1905. It is steeped in local history and some of the heritage can still be found within the park such as the lake, fencing and the ornate gates.

The park boasts a large number of mature trees and shrubs within the park that makes a perfect setting for dog walkers, park walkers and people passing through the park en route to the busy high street of Goodmayes Lane and Green Lane.

To compliment the park further, there is an extension of playing space in Goodmayes Lane called Goodmayes Extension that is used for organised and informal sport and some events.

The park is open from 8 am to dusk throughout the year.
