Market Harborough Social Netball league update 1st August


Market Harborough Tuesday Social Netball witnessed another exciting week of matches which are held at Welland Park Academy. The second week of the season showcased some exceptional skills and determined performances from the participating teams.

The Net Ballers faced a tough match against Winging It this week. Despite their best efforts, the Net Ballers were outplayed by the dominant Winging It team, who secured a convincing 15-3 victory. However, credit must go to all players, especially those from The Net Ballers as they all gave 100% effort throughout the match.

HotShots proved their mettle in their match against Shooting Stars, walking away with an impressive 12-1 win. The HotShots showcased their shooting skills on their way to victory. Shooting Stars look like they will be a force to be reckoned with in coming weeks, as they are coming together well having only formed a couple of weeks ago.


Another thrilling encounter unfolded between We've Got This and Everyone Wants To Play. Both teams displayed excellent skills and relentless determination. However, Everyone Wants To Play proved to be the stronger side, securing a 13-5 victory. The match was a display of skillful passing and accurate shooting.

Among the standout players of the week, Helen Hoinville from Shooting Stars emerged as the most valued player. Hoinville's exceptional performance on the court showcased her talent and dedication to the game. Her contributions to Shooting Stars undoubtedly played a vital role in their match against HotShots.
