Learn the skills necessary to produce your own food in every season of the year; from soil preparation to seeding in Spring, watering and pest control in Summer, harvesting and cooking in Autumn and indoor gardening, food preservation and food storage in Winter - plus many other factors including composting, crop selection, differences in growing regions, weather conditions, pollinators and garden allies.
URBAN PREPPING STRATEGIES
I & II:
Learn how to fortify your home, stock up on supplies and train the members of your household to various survival team tasks in an urban setting. Coursework includes prepping your urban home for fire, natural disasters, future pandemics and societal upheaval; planning and routing your household to evacuate the city; and growing food within limited space.

FISHING BASICS

Learn the skill and art of baiting, casting, playing, catching, cleaning and cooking fish in the wild. Coursework includes matching bait to specific species of fish, live bait vs. imitations, matching line to fish species, how to fish in various environments including lake, river, deep sea and ice fishing. Study traditional, primitive and survival methods to fishing and the "tools" of the trade.
DOG OBEDIENCE SCHOOL
I, II & III:
Learn with your pet as they learn alongside you. Study instinctive behavior among dogs including hierarchal structures among canines, which breed of dog is best for which task: guard dog, hunting dog or rescue dog, and strategies to incorporate training throughout the day. This hybrid course works in sync with your pets' rate of learning. Skills acquired must be consistent with every member of the household so learning can be optimized.
