One of England's greatest-ever players. Glenn Hoddle will be our guest in the Geoff Chapple Lounge on Friday 22nd March. Doors open at 18:00, with a three-course meal to be served and Glenn sharing stories from his legendary career in football. Supporters will have the chance to ask questions in a Q&A session, before meeting Glenn personally as the evening closes. Tickets are £85pp and available on the Club website, and sponsorship opportunities are also available. Hoddle is recognised as one of England's greatest-ever players, earning 53 caps and representing the Three Lions at four major tournaments. He made over 500 league appearances across spells at Spurs, Monaco, Swindon and Chelsea. Glenn managed the Three Lions at the 1998 World Cup.

Dramatic late winner at home! 👊 On Tuesday night, goals from Lewis Walker, Charley Kendall and Ricky Korboa completed a comeback victory against in-form Gateshead. The Cardinals started fast, but had to show resilience to come from behind and score an 87th minute winner in-front of a packed Seymours Estate Agents Community Stand. Match sponsors Menzies LLP picked Kendall as their man of the match, following his contribution of two assists and the equaliser.

In eight years of the Cards Trust's 400 Club scheme running, over £19,000 has been raised for different projects and causes at Woking Football Club. The scheme has paid out over £14,000 in prize money to supporters and over the years funded the two pitch sprayers, new goal posts, team hotel accommodation, Junior Cards travel costs, and invested in other stadia upgrades. This year, alongside Boost the Budget contributions, the Cards Trust has elected to sponsor Jayden Luker and contribute to the player's wages. The Club places on record its thanks to the Trust for their ongoing support.

Welcome to Woking, Jayden Luker. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder joins the Cards until the end of the season on loan from Luton Town. Born in Peckham, Luker played most of his youth football for Peckham Tigers until summer 2022. Playing for ProDirect East London academy against Luton’s academy, Luker scored and impressed, leading to him being offered a trial at the Hatters. After impressing in the Hatters academy and starting all three of Luton’s FA Youth Cup games in a run to the fifth round, Luker was included in the first team squad for Rob Edwards’ side’s FA Cup third round game against Wigan Athletic in January 2023, with Edwards praising the then 17-year-old’s work ethic and ability. In November 2023, Luker signed a contract extension at the Hatters, with Edwards once again praising Luker’s attitude and physicality. The midfielder has been included in the Luton squad on five occasions, including four times in the Premier League. Jayden is available for player sponsorship.
