Milestone as new ethylene furnaces start up in the Netherlands! ⚡   Our Skyline project at Shell Chemicals Park in Moerdijk in the Netherlands reached a major milestone recently when the first of eight new furnaces was started up.   The project involves us replacing the 16 existing furnaces with eight new state-of-the-art modular ethylene furnaces using our proprietary multi-lane radiant coil design.   We’re proud to accompany our client on this project, whose energy efficiency improvements will lead to a reduction of approximately 10% in the facility’s CO2 emissions.   #EnergyTransition #Chemicals #Decarbonization #BePartOfTheSolution

Being part of the solution – through sailing! ⛵   We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a partnership with Club Voile HEC Paris, the sailing club of the HEC Paris business school!   It’s an opportunity for our company to support and help train the next generation of energy leaders.   The club recently took part in the 56th edition of the EDHEC race in Les Sables d'Olonne, on the Atlantic coast of western France, and finished 8th out of 25 competitors. People highlights from our Sustainability Report 👨👦👦 Our ESG scorecard shows how we are making progress across a range of metrics in our ESG Roadmap. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights from our People pillar. In volunteering, we recorded over 24,000 hours in 2023, with a target to reach 30,000 by 2025. 🙌 We also reached an average of 23 learning hours per employee per year – up from 10 in 2022. We aim to reach 40 by 2025. ✍️ In terms of female representation in our workforce, we reached 30.5% in 2023, up from 29.7% last year. Today, we held our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 💼🤝   All resolutions on the agenda received shareholder approval, including the 2023 financial statements adoption and the proposed dividend of EUR 0.57 per outstanding common share for the 2023 financial year. The voting results are available here: https://lnkd.in/eYTE9PXx   In addition, two new appointments to the Board of Directors have been proposed: Maelle Gavet was appointed as an independent non-executive director, as a member of the Sustainability Committee. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Techstars, a top pre-seed investor worldwide. Matthieu Malige was appointed as an independent non-executive director, as a member of the Audit Committee. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of the Carrefour group, in charge of Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Insurance services, and Non-Trade Procurement.   Marie-Ange DEBON and Nello Uccelletti retired from our Board. Chairwoman and CEO of Keolis Group, Marie-Ange Debon was the Chair of Technip Energies' Audit Committee. CSR Project of the Year in India! 🏆 At the sixth edition of the prestigious Indo-French Business Awards & Grand Prix VIE 2024, we were thrilled to win the CSR Project of the Year Award for our flagship CSR Program in India, ‘Seeds of Hope’. 🌱 The award was presented by the French Ambassador to India, H.E. Mr. Thierry Mathou, to Davendra Kumar, MD India. The event took place in April and was attended by nearly 150 participants from the Indo-French business community, including CEOs, business leaders, CXOs and diplomats from the French Embassy in India / Ambassade de France en Inde. Strong momentum in our financial results! 📈   Today, we publish our financial results for Q1 2024.
