Croudace is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 16.7 acre site in Theale, Berkshire. The site benefits from outline planning consent for 104 dwellings and will be comprised of a mixture of family homes and apartments, of which 40% will be affordable. The site will also deliver extensive open space and landscaping which will help to create a fantastic setting for future residents to enjoy. Croudace will be working in partnership with the Englefield Estate from preparing the detailed design of the scheme to construction on site, in order to deliver an exemplar development of high quality designed homes to help build a community and create a new and lasting legacy for the local area. In keeping with our shared aspiration of delivering a high quality, sustainable development, all homes and apartments constructed on site will be built to a standard above the incoming Part L requirements.
