What a fantastic day at Church Stretton Golf Club for the Grand National on Saturday. A great atmosphere with over a 120 golfers from a various local golf clubs enjoying themselves. The course was in great shape, with good food and beer to follow in a packed clubhouse to watch the horse race. If you've not played here before, give it a try - the staff are really welcoming and views are just stunning. Just pick a day with nice weather, as the wind on the top of the longmynd is something to behold #golf #churchstretton #churchstrettongolfclub #bestgolfcourses

UPDATE - The service to celebrate Garth's life will be held at St Chad's church in Shrewsbury on Tuesday 9th May 2023 at 2.30pm. It is with much sadness that I write to inform friends and work associates of the death of Garth Marshall yesterday, several weeks after being taken into hospital.
