Like Nick I wasn't sure what was going here at first. But then it made complete sense. This sort of practice - for something important - has been around a long time. Visualising, and when you can practising, in this way, can be an invaluable part of your preparation. Especially for a #presentation or an important meeting. For big presentations - big because of their importance or the size of audience - I would always try and: - get on the stage beforehand, walk around, get comfortable, practice my intro, imaging people nodding, asking good questions, coming up at the end and saying positive things - stand at the back of the room, see myself standing confidently, see myself talking at a good volume, a good pace, to all parts of the room It helps me feel #confident, ready, and good to go. What about you? What is your equivalent? A presentation? A client meeting? A regular meeting with a senior stakeholder?

I think fans would love a show on Netflix or Prime that'd document the lives of Premier League referees, showing the reality of what happens when they get it right and.. what happens when they get it wrong.
