4-7 Years Martial Arts

These specialist classes are a fantastic way to introduce your child to martial arts! Taught in a great fun, age appropriate and child friendly way, Kitsune Cubs will help your child with their balance, co-ordination, motor skills and concentration, whilst developing teamwork, courtesy, respect and focus, and building the discipline and confidence to succeed.

7-12 Years Martial Arts

Built around a blend of Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling and Self-Defence, our signature Kitsune Martial Arts programme offers a rounded and complete martial arts experience for all of our members. Our classes are an awesome way for children to get away from their screens, take part in a fun and healthy activity whilst interacting positively with others, setting and achieving goals, believing in themselves and forging a path to success!

Family Martial Arts

Family Classes are an awesome way for families to spend some great quality time together, with a shared interest and shared goals. Following our Kitsune Martial Arts curriculum, parents and children aged 7+ will train together in a rounded mix of Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling and Self-Defence, building solid family bonds, supporting one another and achieving success together. Kids love it when their parents join in with them too, and it’s a great way to help them with their confidence too!

Adult Kickboxing

Our classes for teenagers & adults are a fantastic way to build confidence, get fit, make new friends, and have fun learning the martial arts! The Kitsune Martial Arts curriculum draws from a lifetime of experience of Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling and Self-Defence. Thai Boxing

Take your stand up fighting to a whole new dimension with the ancient and devastating art of Muay Thai! Train in a safe and friendly environment, under the guidance of a former champion, and the veteran of over 90 professional fights. Based around padwork, sparring, partner work, technique and bag work, these full body classes will improve your strength, fitness, mobility, co-ordination, determination and focus.

Youth Thai Boxing

Thai Boxing is one of the most versatile and powerful striking arts on the planet, and our Youth Thai Boxing classes provide an awesome opportunity for children aged 7-12 to learn in a safe and professional environment, under the guidance of our vastly experienced team of coaches. The classes are built around padwork, partner work, bag work, technique development and controlled sparring, to bring out the best in your child’s fitness, confidence, focus and discipline.
