The Indoor Soccer League finished its season last Thursday, Feb 23.
The USS Rhode Island and the Free Agents played an intense semifinal matchup to determine who would play SMB FC in the championship.
After a tough, hard-fought game, it was the USS Rhode Island coming out on top. Unfortunately, due to injuries accumulated in the previous game, the USS Rhode Island had to bow out in the Championship game, graciously taking second place in the league.
Congratulations to SMB FC of the USS Florida, Indoor Soccer League Champions. They won their second Indoor Soccer League yitle in as many tries and finished this season with a perfect record of 9-0.
After a long season stretching back to November, the Friday Afternoon KB Sports Bowling League crowned its champion.
The last week of the season came down to the Gudda Ballz of TTF holding a four-point lead over TTF (Code 20).
The two teams were matched up, and TTF (Code 20) had to win all four games against Gudda Ballz to tie and force overtime.
But first, all the league's teams enjoyed pizza and soda as a thanks for participating over the course of the season.
After the food was finished, it was time for the first game. It came down to the final frame of the first game, where MM2 Tremayne Hill rolled a strike to cement the win and the championship for Gudda Ballz.
Congratulations to Gudda Ballz of TTF and a big thank you to all the teams who participated.
