Milnsbridge Bowling Club green irrigation project

Milnsbridge Bowling Club green improvements.

With the aim of improving our bowling green the club is installing automated irrigation.

We are doing around 50% of the work ourselves with a specialist contractor installing the sprinkler system.

To make the most of the equipment we would like to use the fresh spring water that flows constantly through the club cellar.

This would save using expensive mains chlorinated water and would be environmentally friendly.

We are asking bowling members to help fund this work to enable the installation to be completed before the forthcoming bowling season.
