Childrens christmas gymnastics show ruined!

We are a gymnastics club in romford with over 200 members aged 2-20. We like to call ourself a family rather than a club and every gymnast and coach loves what they do!
We have 2 big fundraisers a year to help raise money to cover the costs of repairs to the building to replace/buy any equipment needed and for the general running costs of the club.
In the early hours of this morning our gym was burgled! They trashed our office and every bit of money raised from ticket sales, coaches wages, money towards leotards was stolen along with the safe itself and the gym ipad.
This has completely crushed so many of the staff and gymnasts who have been working so hard on their routines along with all the preparation that has been going on behind the scences for months, only for it to all be ripped down and ruined.
Many of the younger children due to perform in the show were so confused by what had happened and found it hard to understand they would no longer be able to take part. This left them feeling so upset that they could not show what they had been training so hard for.
As a parent it was heart wrenching to see so many children so heartbroken because of someones selfish actions.
If it was just the cash/safe stolen along with other bits the show could of maybe gone ahead but because of the damage caused by glass and the fact the radiator had been smashed off the wall the building was in no state for children and babies to be in.
We are asking for your help to get the club back up and running and for the damage etc to be repaired and the building resecured. So all those lovely gymnasts and coaches can get back to doing what they love and finally show off what they had been practising so hard for.
We are waiting to contact the insurance companies but wanted to get a head start as we do not know what they will help with until they open next week.
