Synchronised swimming (or 'synchro' for short) is a fun yet demanding sport which promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, teamwork and self discipline and also artistic creativity and musical interpretation.

Synchro is suitable for strong swimmers of all genders from the age of 7 and is particularly good for children who love the water but want to do something more creative with their swimming.

 Norwich Synchronised Swimming Club is a friendly club which competes both regionally and nationally. We meet to train on Saturdays and Tuesdays (at Hewett Academy).

 We run trials throughout the year and additionally in January 2022 we are running our first Introduction to Synchro course. It follows the Swim England Aquatic Skills Framework and is the perfect way to learn synchro basics.
