Da Vinci's Demons has unveiled new pictures from its upcoming third season.
The historical fantasy drama - which stars Tom Riley, Elliot Cowan and Lara Pulver - will return to Fox in spring 2015.
The new episodes will pick up directly after the events of the second season finale, and will see Da Vinci (Riley) in turmoil as the city of Otranto is torn apart by an Ottoman invasion.
Da Vinci's Demons offers an alternative take on the life of the famous painter, focusing on his early years in Renaissance Florence.
The show's creator, David S Goyer, will no longer serve as showrunner, after being replaced by Breaking Bad and X Files producer John Shiban.
However, Goyer will continue as an executive producer on the series.
