RCC student Andre Watts displays the card he made expressing support for Tappahannock tornado victims. 
Andre Watts of Colonial Beach, a first-year student at Rappahannock Community College, made an “emotional relief” card in support of members of St. John’s Baptist Church, Tappahannock, which was destroyed in the February 24 tornado. In addition to donating food to RCC’s collection box, he obtained signatures from over 100 students, faculty, and staff on the Warsaw Campus. On the front, the card says “Thinking of You- RCC Students,” while the inside says “Trust, Hope, Faith.”
