Constantine (3*):  2 to 3 feet

The whispers of woosh and goosh of breaking waves are a welcome sound on this sunny morning, the sight of small but pristine, turquoise waves reeling ashore beneath a hazy blue sky.
It has been a while and those waves are still only small but they’re better than we have seen for some time and are full of growing promise.
The sea breeze effect will kick in this afternoon as the land warms up but otherwise we have a very pleasant day of sun and surf to enjoy!

Harlyn (0*):  0 to 1 foot

Ah, the peace and serenity of Harlyn early on a summer’s morn! It’s a tranquil scene of blue skies, golden sand and cosy calm.
But there ain’t no surf so it’s over the headland we go if you want to ride a wave or two!

Surf Forecast for Saturday 17th June 2023

Light south easterly breezes are forecast to whisper offshore all day today and a solid little three feet plus of well spaced and even groundswell is expected to glide our way too. Add some more clear skied sunshine, well, later on anyway, and we have the makings of another fun day of surfing in Cornwall to look forward to!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

A light weather front is expected to drift over the coast through this weekend as a quite mild low pressure system sidles up to our shores, maybe offering a shower or two and maybe allowing a light onshore, south westerly breeze to pop up later on.
And that will also bring some waves!
We can expect some small but dreamy conditions as we go into the weekend with a light south easterly breeze manicuring a very fun three feet plus of expected swell all day long on Saturday. It may be later in the afternoon before we enjoy much sunshine but after the last few weeks of calm conditions I don’t think that many surfers will worry about that too much.
Those clean and fun conditions will roll well into Sunday, the breeze faltering to an onshore, more south westerly direction with the afternoon sea breeze effect.
And that’s how it’s likely to stay as the new week kicks off.
In the meantime though, a very pleasant period of enjoyable surf and reasonable weather awaits!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
