Skills, skills, skills! A solid skill foundation is the most important thing for any soccer player. I focus on developing a solid foundation of basic skills and then once that is achieved we look at advancing the skills to higher and higher levels. Each session has a specific skill which is the focus of the session (dribbling, 1v1's, shooting, passing, etc). We will work on honing the skill and then using it in game like situations.
