Looking Ahead: Momentum from Chicago Tournament Leading Up To Junior Nationals

Jun 15, 2022

Three coaches, eight parents, and twenty-two students traveled to Chicago last month to compete in the 2022 SPBA Midwest Open Regional Championships.

This tournament is USA’s second-highest national level tournament. The tournament was played in two separate buildings next to one another with 25 courts and 437 athletes competing!

With all the hard work we’ve been putting in, we finished the tournament with outstanding results! Congratulations to all the players, coaches, and parents!

Also, a special thank you to all the parents who helped drive, organize, and pick up food during the tournament! And a huge thank you to Coach Derrick, Coach May, and Coach Toby for spending multiple 13-hour days coaching and coaching over 250 matches this tournament!

With Junior Nationals right around the corner starting at the end of June, we will be having a Junior Nationals Prepatory Training from June 21-26!
