FREE Women's Self-Defense Seminar! Norfolk Karate Academy/Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Norfolk will conduct a free women's self-defense seminar on Saturday, 29 Jan, 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, at 814A 45th Street. The seminar objective is to demonstrate that our approach to learning self-defense is fun, easy to learn, and, most important, that it's the most effective way to deal with aggression regardless of the assailant's size. Yoga with Hannah: Restorative, Adaptive, Trauma-Informed Exercise. Hannah Gerry leads yoga sessions in the garden behind Norfolk Karate Academy (814 45th Street) on Fridays from 7-8 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30-9:30 AM.
