    I organise and deliver a very successful coaching programme for Adults and Juniors. My coaching programme contributed to Pen-y-ffordd Tennis Club being awarded runners up for Tennis Club of the year in Wales 2014.

    Since my arrival, membership has grown from 68 members to 220 members in under 4 years. The coaching programme has played a big role in this growth, and I have created strong relationships with the Club's Management Committee and Tennis Wales, who have both helped greatly in…

    I also help to train and mentor the young coaching team.

    • Conducted over 200 hours of individual and group lessons.
