Hidden Fist Martial Arts

Hidden Fist is the 1st Martial Arts Foundation in north lincolnshire that was run by a Disabled Martial Arts Instructor. We are now relocating in East Riding of Yorkshire,' opening in Cottingham and Hull soon. Our instructor Michael (Mickey Lee) Gooch became qualified in his early adulthood in Bo-nin-jitsu-kan, Ryu karate and Self Defence, this was until the age of 25, when he became a wheelchair user through ill health, Sensei Michael returned to the arts at age 27 to earn his black sash in Shaolin Chu'an Fa Kung Fu and now also holds a 2nd degree in this style. Mr Gooch has trained in many styles. He now has several decades and years of training and teaching experience under his belt and has been a qualified Instructor since 1997 Michael is now 43 years of age. Michael has had along history in learning and teaching multiple styles to students who have been physically challenged through disability and mental health issues. He has also gained knowledge of Aikido-jujitsu, kickboxing and Tai Chi as part of his training and is fully qualified to teach Karate, Ninjitsu, Self Defence and Kung Fu to those who wish to learn, under his guidance. The Hidden Fist Academy is a Not for Profit Organisation which caters for all young and old, as well as students with long term medical conditions, to promote Health and Well being for all. We provide martial arts classes for all abilities, disabled students are welcome. Working Alongside Black belt Uk to offer students competition opportunities as well as courses in First Aid, Child Protection, Safeguarding Children and New Classes for Students of all ages, will be restarting in 2021 in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
