So, if you’re waking up loathsome from a night of debauchery just know that you too can get to this level of obnoxious happiness by kicking all that shit you ingest into your body to the curb!
I reset so many times til I finally realized I just wasn’t ready BUT I still didn’t give up. I came here, did lots of self-analysis, ran all my drunk episodes through my head from the first drink of the night to the last (not that I ever rememberef the end of the night😒).
But most of all I take it one day at a time.
Good morning from Alaska! Day 7 is off to a great start I’d really like to start up an exercise routine today. Not sure where to start. I love yoga but there’s no room in our house right now. We’re moving so everything is EVERYWHERE. Maybe I’ll count loading and packing as my workout lol. Anyways, good luck to you all! Here’s to the rest of our Saturdays being clean and sober!
If I can’t go to gym, I do the following: 100 squats+100 push-ups+100 sit-ups+100 jumping jacks. You don’t have to do them all at once (sometimes I do, though). You can switch from one to another in no particular order. And they definetely don’t require much space!
Start with 20 of each, or set your own number and slowly increase as it gets easier. I’ve been into fitness my whole life (while drinking, what do you know? Lol), hence the high number.
